Rowan Awbrey – Hello! My name is Rowan Awbrey. I’m a prospective undergrad student of Gordon College majoring in Creative Writing in minoring in Art. I was a pre-professional ballet dancer for fifteen years, but in my senior year of high school dropped out to pursue cross country and track at KHS, and was recruited by Gordon College’s XC/TF team to run for them starting in the fall of 2026. I’m an aspiring author, artist, collegiate athlete, and teacher, but I put my faith, family, and friends above all else. KHS and its incredible teachers and staff helped to prepare me for my future at Gordon, but I would not be where I am now without the people who encouraged me to never give up when the going got tough. Thank you to everyone who has been there to support me on my journey to becoming who I am today. Go Fighting Scots!
